You own your music. Full stop.
Any music, lyrics, audio, or creative content you generate using MogulGrind ("User Content") remains your intellectual property.
MogulGrind does not claim ownership over your music or creative works.
By using the Services, you grant MogulGrind a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
We will not sell, license, or commercially exploit your music without your explicit consent.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MogulGrind to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or infringing on the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its technology
- Use MogulGrind to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

If MogulGrind offers paid features or subscriptions:

- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

7. Termination
You may stop using MogulGrind at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination, your rights to use the Services end, but you retain ownership of your content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
